It's TIIIIMMMEEE! The 2025 Williams Family Gathering will soon be here and  we are incredibly excited to invite you back to the beautiful countryside for another  weekend of activities and relaxation.

We'll gather once again in sunny Alabama to enjoy the warm weather, green grass and fresh clean air.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Our best advice is to dress comfortably, stay hydrated and be prepared to love, laugh and catch up since we last met.
• The Super Walmart in Thomasville will be your best option for your shopping needs.
• Inform your kids that there's no WiFi.
• Registration discounts are not available.

LODGING

The Holiday Inn Express Thomasville (HIET) is the official hotel for the Williams Gathering, but of course, you're more than welcome to find lodging on your own. The hotel is located at 30040 Highway 43 Thomasville, AL at a rate of $167 a night.

Ten sleeping rooms (5 singles and 5 doubles) have been reserved under Travis Long's name. Simply contact the hotel at 334.456.5900 to request a room from that block and reserve it in your name along with your credit card. Any rooms not claimed by July 2nd will be released back to the hotel.

Got an RV? Then pack it up and bring it on down. Camping on the farm is available and we request is that you do not dump your waste and clean up before you leave.

ATTIRE

On Friday, wear what you like, but if you have a shirt from previous gatherings, throw it on. Just make sure you're comfortable because it's always hot. On Saturday we'll be in our official gathering shirts with demin shorts.
